MMC Cleaning
One site, two languages, and a dedicated way in for each type of cleaning.
The challenge
MMC Cleaning does cleaning for businesses and for households. Different expectations and different budgets, but on the same site.
Two languages were needed to reach a wider audience in Limburg and beyond. And the look had to inspire trust, because you are letting someone into your office or your home.
The approach
A site that works on any device, with a separate way in per type of work: offices, industry, new builds, windows and specialist cleaning.
The second language sits in the URL (/en/...), with a language button in the navigation. That is better for search engines than a button that swaps the text on the same page.
Colours and shapes come from one central file, so it feels the same everywhere and a change does not have to be made in ten places.
The result
A fast site that explains per service what actually happens. Switching between Dutch and English is one click, and the buttons to the contact form sit where people actually decide.
The build is modular, so something can simply be added later.
